The first is daily maintenance. Check the oil and low shell oil levels, work for 50 hours (or per week), and check whether the transmission control handle is flexible and effective. The new loader works for 250 hours to clean the transmission oil pan and transmission oil filter element. Clean the oil pan filter and replace the transmission fluid after 500 working hours. 2. Place a container to hold the oil under the drain plug, then slowly remove the drain plug and drain the oil. To prevent oil splashing.

3. Remove the bolts, then remove the cover and take out the rough filter screwed in the cover, remove the dirt attached to the rough filter, and then clean it in clean diesel or flush it with oil. If the rough filter is damaged, Make a replacement.

4. Inject the specified amount of oil through the oil filling port. After filling the oil, first check the oil level, and secondly check whether the gearbox and filter are leaking.

5. Then press back in sequence. It is best to start the loader and check whether it is correct.
